What to do if you lose access to your 2FA

If you’re unable to access your Two-Factor Authentication codes, you may have trouble signing in to your account.

  1. Make sure you no longer have access to your authenticator app.

  2. Contact Support via Live Chat.

  3. You may be asked to confirm ownership of the account.

For security reasons, 2FA cannot be removed without verification.
