To make a withdrawal, open your Wallet and select Withdraw.
Click Wallet at the top of the site.
Switch to the Withdraw tab.
Select the currency you want to withdraw.
Choose the correct network.
Paste the destination wallet address that you control.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Click Withdraw to submit the request.
After submission
The withdrawal must be approved before processing.
Once approved, the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain.
A TxID (transaction ID) will appear in your withdrawal history.
Important notes!
Always select the correct network.
Sending funds to the wrong network may result in a loss of funds.
Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount.
Blockchain confirmation times depend on the network.
